What can you do, if your fault reports aren’t visible in your Digital Garage?
If your fault reports aren’t visible in your Digital Garage, please check the following:
- Make sure you are logged in to Digital Garage in the app
- Make sure you have an Internet connection from the app
- Check the date at the bottom on Digital Garage page in the app when the last communication to Digital Garage server took place. The app stores your fault reports while the app is offline and attempts to resend them as soon as your device is online and the app is running.

What can you do, if you forgot your password or have problems with the login?
No problem. We have incorporated a password reset button on the login page of Digital Garage.
Just press the password reset button and send an e-mail to the e-mail address that you registered with. This way you can reset your password.
If you have problems with the login, please check the following steps, when trying to login from within the app:
- Make sure you have an Internet Connection running
- Make sure you use the same email as login which you registered with
- If you are connected to the Internet and get a message that there is no connection, try again later. If this error remains, please contact us over garage@mycarly.com. Please add to the contact mail, the e-mail address you are trying to login with, that you are trying to login through the app and the error message you are getting.
If you have problems with the login, please check the following steps, when trying to login from the internet paeg https://garage.mycarly.com/:
- Make sure you use the same email as login which you registered with
- Should you still not be able to login, please reset your password here.
- Should you not be able to reset your password, please contact us over garage@mycarly.com. Please add to the contact mail, the e-mail address you are trying to login with and the browser (name, version and operating system).
Should you have problems with the login in Digital Garage, please write us over garage@mycarly.com and always include the information with which e-mail address you are trying to login and, if you are trying to login through the app or the internet page and what the error message you are getting.

Can you use Carly Digital Garage with all vehicles that Carly offers a software for?
Digital Garage is intrinsically a service that will work with all car brands.
For now we started to incorporate this function for our BMW drivers. If you are a user of the Carly for BMW solution, you can save all your personal BMWs, no matter which, in your Digital Garage.
Mercedes and future brands will be able to use Digital Garage as well in the future.

What do you need to use Carly Digital Garage and how can you register yourself?
At the moment Digital Garage is available for users of the pro version of Carly for BMW for Android.
iPhone will follow in the beginning of 2016; other brands over time also.
The registration of your account takes place through an e-mail address and a password. You can register within the Carly for BMW pro version through the cockpit. There you will find a function called „Digital Garage“.
From there you can register directly.
If you already have a registered account, you can click here to access your Digital Garage.
Should you have problems with the registration, please check the following steps:
- Make sure you have an Internet Connection running
- Confirm that you have entered a valid e-mail address (for example: no extra spaces behind the e-mail)
- Confirm the password (it should be at least 8 characters long)
- If you are connected to the Internet and get a message that there is no connection, try again later. If this error remains, please contact us over garage@mycarly.com. Please add to the contact mail, the e-mail address you are trying to login with and the error message you are getting.

You can have a look at your whole fault report history everywhere live online with Digital Garage. Of course you have complete control over which diagnostics you would like to save in your personal Digital Garage.
Withe Digital Garage we give you the tranparency you want and need to be able to understand the health of your car over some time.
Over time we will continiously improve Digital Garage and add various risk evaluations that will function as an assistant to assess your individual car’s health.
All in all, Carly will be much more personal and valuable for you.

What is “Digital Garage” and how can it help me? Which documents are stored inside the Digital Garage?
The Digital Garage is a storage space for:
– Diagnostics Reports
– Used Car Check Reports
– Coding Backups
Digital Garage stores the documents, so you can retrieve it whenever you need it. The files will remain even after reinstalling the app. In addition to saving, the diagnostics and used car checks are generated as official documents by Carly. You can send these PDF documents by email to yourself, to potential buyers of your car or retailers, so those can also have a neat form of your vehicle data. The Digital Garage is practically “your vehicle in digital form” – in the future we will bring out many useful features. Regard that this will make your car’s access to your car more personal and valuable.

Is a registration required for Digital Garage?
The first time you open the Digital Garage function, you will need to enter an email address. It does not require a password because the Digital Garage is tied to your app license.

Does Digital Garage also work in the Lite version?
The Digital Garage is only available in the full version. The Free Diagnostics Report and Used-Car-Check report from the lite version will be saved in the Digital Garage. You don´t lose reports from the first use.

Will my documents be synchronized if I change my phone/device?
Your documents will be synced. Please note that you must use the same account. An automatic transfer between Android and iOS is currently not possible. Contact us here to have your documents transferred manually.

Can I delete documents in the Digital Garage?
You can delete documents in the Digital Garage.
With Iphone this works with the “swipe / wipe” function.
For Android: Press the menu button in the top right corner. Then you are in delete mode and can mark several documents with a red X.
